This home page provides information about Regional and Countywide leadership in the domains of Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking; History/Social Science; and the Visual Arts. This includes interpreting the California Frameworks, Content Standards, and district courses of study. The block provides expertise and direction to the districts concerning program improvements, instructional programs, textbooks and methodologies, conferences, special events and institutes. It also offers staff development, and guidance in the area of testing and assessment. We act as the communication link between the California Department of Education, Teaching Support Office, County State Curriculum & Instruction Committee and all schools within Fresno County’s thirty-four school districts.
